About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living, supporting colleagues with desktop and remote support.

This is a busy role that requires the ability to effectively prioritize your workload and manage your own time. You will work well in a fast-paced environment and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, preparing, and installing IT equipment at site cabins, sales offices, and lodge managers' offices
  • Providing first- and second-line support to colleagues who have raised IT faults or service requests via the ticketing system or telephone
  • Supporting project work as required

The ideal candidate will have previous IT technician experience, a good working knowledge of end-user devices, and a knowledge of Microsoft products. Previous experience with a ticketing system is desirable.
