Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of our customers and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Provide day-to-day support to our customers, including assistance with cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
  • Offer advice and guidance on tenancy conditions and welfare benefits.
  • Encourage social inclusion and help our customers build their confidence, resilience, and self-esteem.
  • Ensure the delivery of safeguarding responsibilities and promote a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of working with vulnerable people, particularly young people with a range of needs.
  • A positive approach to working with customers and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Sound knowledge of action/support planning, key working, risk assessment, and safeguarding.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar.
  • NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.
