- Sound knowledge of action/support planning, key working, risk assessment, and safeguarding.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar.
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.
