Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Victor is a leading private aviation company that is disrupting the industry with a global on-demand marketplace. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team and help shape our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Provide expertise in international employment contracts and stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations.
  • Support the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and benefits programs.
  • Administer payroll, 401k, and medical programs for US employees.
  • Coordinate with Employer of Record partners for Middle Eastern HR requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, with expertise in international employment contracts.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
