Key Responsibilities:
As a Credit Controller, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Your daily tasks will encompass the following:

  • Issuing and managing invoices to tenants, ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
  • Pursuing outstanding payments on tenant accounts to secure timely collections.
  • Reconciling tenant and customer accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Preparing detailed arrears reports for the Portfolio Team, including insightful commentary.
  • Identifying potential bad debts and securing necessary approvals for ledger adjustments.
  • Organizing and participating in portfolio arrears meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Calculating provisions for bad debts to be posted by financial accountants.
  • Collaborating with insolvency professionals to ensure accurate claims and billing processes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Credit Controller role will possess a solid background in credit control along with strong Excel skills.

Your effective communication abilities, combined with a knack for planning and managing tasks efficiently, will distinguish you in this role.
