Senior PMO Opportunity in Energy Trading

This is an exciting time to be joining Eaglecliff Recruitment as a Senior PMO in the Energy Trading team. Our client, a world-leading Energy company, is transforming itself from a traditional Oil & Gas company into a leading name within the Renewables sector.

The creation of a highly successful new Power Trading desk within the Energy Trading team, as well as new ventures into innovative solutions around the supply of Renewables, presents a unique opportunity for a Senior PMO to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Centralized resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management, reporting, and product quality control.
  • Oversee a team of 5 PMO Analysts, creating workflows that work rather than just following processes.
  • Apply the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies within the framework.
  • Produce project reports and ensure status reporting is fit for purpose, complete, timely, accurate, and communicated effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong Financial governance experience, with large budgets.
  • Energy Trading or Commodities Trading background highly desirable but not essential.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment.
