Senior PMO Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Analyst to partner with our Business Change Management team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the delivery and PMO teams to ensure that projects adhere to our project delivery framework and are effectively tracked and monitored.
Your responsibilities will include providing data analysis, identifying portfolio trends in areas such as project dependencies, metrics, risks, and change requests. You will also create and document end-to-end processes, assist in the continuous development and implementation of best practice standards, processes, tools, and templates for PPM.
Additionally, you will work with the PMO Manager and project managers to ensure correct forecasting and cost tracking is taking place on all projects and that the information is being reported accurately. You may also be coaching and training stakeholders in PMO practices, project management, and effective methodologies and practices.
The ideal candidate will have expertise with MSP or other PPM tools, as well as Microsoft products. Significant demonstrable PMO and end-to-end delivery experience is essential, along with change management and transformation experience, ideally in a delivery capacity. Familiarity with key change management concepts is also required.
