Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Governance Analyst to join our team at Hawksworth. As a key member of our Pensions & Life team, you will be responsible for providing governance and project management expertise to support the delivery of our transformation and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide governance and project management support to our Pensions & Life team
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and workshops
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in PMO governance and project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and industry standards
