Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Analyst to join our team at Close Brothers Group. As a key member of our Portfolio Management Office, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pragmatic and informed support to delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support the development of portfolio governance processes and tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance on delivery governance processes

Requirements

  • Relevant experience working in a delivery environment, preferably in a Financial Services environment
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance processes and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
