Senior PMO Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Analyst to join our Business Change Management team at Tokio Marine Kiln. As a key member of our team, you will partner with delivery and PMO teams to ensure that projects adhere to our project delivery framework and are effectively tracked and monitored.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing data analysis and identifying portfolio trends in areas such as project dependencies, metrics, risks, and change requests.
  • Creating and documenting end-to-end processes and assisting in the continuous development and implementation of best practice standards, processes, tools, and templates for PPM.
  • Working with the PMO Manager and project managers to ensure correct forecasting and cost tracking on all projects and accurate information reporting.
  • Couching and training stakeholders in PMO practices, project management, and effective methodologies and practices.

The ideal candidate will have expertise with MSP or other PPM tools, Microsoft products, and significant demonstrable PMO and end-to-end delivery experience. Change management and transformation experience, ideally in a delivery capacity, is also essential. PMP or PRINCE2 certification and experience with varied delivery methodologies, including waterfall and agile, are preferred. Strong communication and customer-facing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are also required.
