About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO to join our team in a large, multi-year ETRM transformation programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5 PMO Analysts, creating workflows that work rather than just following processes.

The activities of the PMO are centralized around resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management, reporting, and product quality control. You will be responsible for producing project reports and ensuring that status reporting is fit for purpose, complete, timely, accurate, and communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 5 PMO Analysts

Requirements:

  • Strong Financial governance experience, with large budgets
  • Energy Trading or Commodities Trading background highly desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for governance and reporting
  • Confident working with a diverse group of stakeholders, at all levels of seniority
  • Degree educated
