This is an exciting time to be joining Eaglecliff Recruitment as a Senior PMO in our Energy Trading team. We are transforming ourselves from a traditional Oil & Gas company into a leading name within the Renewables sector.

As a Senior PMO, you will play a key role in our multi-year ETRM transformation programme. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centralized resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management, reporting, and product quality control.
  • Overseeing a team of 5 PMO Analysts, creating workflows that work rather than just following processes.
  • Understanding the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and applying both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies within the framework.
  • Producing project reports and ensuring status reporting is fit for purpose, complete, timely, accurate, and communicated effectively.

Strong Financial governance experience, with large budgets is essential. Energy Trading or Commodities Trading background is highly desirable but not essential.
