Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to an individual with learning disabilities, development delay, speech and language impairment, and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support for daily living activities
  • Assist with personal care and housekeeping tasks
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times
  • Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the individual's privacy
  • Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided
  • Aid with light household chores, including cooking and cleaning

Requirements

  • Learning Disabilities experience
  • Full UK driver's license
  • Ability to work 24/7 support
