Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as washing, toileting, dressing, and undressing.
- Provide emotional and spiritual support to residents, promoting their comfort and dignity.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with the delivery of care for residents who are dying or have a progressive illness.
- Participate in staff and client meetings, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Competitive hourly rate of £10.45.
