Practice Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Jurrasic Veterinary as a Head Veterinary Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our clinical team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest clinical techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
