Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in delivering an exceptional level of dining experiences for our guests.
- Supervise the Food and Beverage teams with daily operations in our Food and Beverage department.
- Develop and lead the team by setting the standard to ensure that our guests' expectations are exceeded.
- Work with the F&B management team to create an exciting work environment for the team to deliver great results and the highest standards of food and beverage, stock management, health and safety, and guest satisfaction consistently on each shift.
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar experience.
- Experience in people management and delivering a high quality of customer service.
- Food Safety or Food Hygiene qualification Level 2 or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage such as latest drinks and stock management.
- Minimum intermediate level use of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Holidays 28 (inc. of bank holidays) pro-rota increasing with length of service up to 33 days.
