Breakfast Food and Beverage Supervisor

As a Breakfast Food and Beverage Supervisor at Conrad London St. James, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our food and beverage outlets to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with the team to ensure departmental targets are met and maintain the highest standards of quality, luxury, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team to achieve departmental targets
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, providing a high level of customer service
  • Represent the needs of the team and assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
  • Assist with training and development of team members and participate in annual and mid-year appraisals
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  • Be environmentally aware and assist other departments wherever necessary
Requirements:
  • Previous Food and Beverage experience, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service and flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on your own or in teams and willingness to develop team members and self
