Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team at Birtwistles Food Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout our factory.

As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the factory are clean and free from contamination. This will involve cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors, and walls, as well as disposing of waste and recyclables in a responsible manner.

You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our factory remains a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment, floors, and walls in the factory
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables in a responsible manner
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Identify and report any potential hazards or areas of concern to management
  • Participate in regular cleaning schedules and tasks as assigned
