The Project Services Coordinator role is integral to the Services Project Management team within the VWTS Asset Team. This team is committed to providing exemplary service in delivering temporary water treatment solutions to industrial clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage small to medium-sized contracts for the rental of temporary water treatment systems
- Collaborate with project managers on larger initiatives as needed
- Provide on-call support for urgent situations and technical guidance
- Coordinate with essential stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to guarantee project effectiveness
- Oversee and report on project compliance
- Analyze operational data and resolve technical challenges
- Process orders related to operations, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards at project locations
- Conduct return on experience activities to foster continuous improvement

Qualifications

Education:
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant STEM or industrial discipline

Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity or eagerness to learn about water treatment technologies
- Proficient in digital software tools such as Microsoft Office and SAP
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- A collaborative team player with leadership potential
