Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our expansion program, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams, including fleet built, plant adaptations, commercial, and finance.
  • Support workstream leaders and monitor toll gates.
  • Ensure program delivery on time, to quality, and cost.
  • Supervise and coordinate third-party suppliers.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting.
  • Report to the program governors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Background in engineering or science-related projects.
  • Project management experience, including expansion projects.
  • Excellent IT tools, especially Google suite savvy.
  • Strong experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Significant experience in managing project budgets and expenditure.
  • Proven experience of working with and managing third parties and suppliers.
  • Fluent English and French language skills.
  • Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
