Job Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for an Infrastructure Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team at Turner & Townsend. This role is essential in assisting our clients with the execution of various water-related initiatives and programs within our Central South region.

Role Requirements

This position is particularly suited for individuals with a background in civil engineering, especially those who have experience in the water sector. While NEC accreditation is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee Project Management assignments, ensuring comprehensive service delivery from inception to completion.
  • Support significant Project Management assignments, focusing on specific aspects of service delivery.
  • Guarantee that client goals are achieved, and that projects are completed within the designated timeframes and budgetary constraints while adhering to quality standards.
Performance Metrics

Key Performance Indicators

  • Your performance will be evaluated based on:
  • The quality and efficiency of project management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Alignment of project delivery with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Effective leadership of the project team.
  • Development of strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
  • Management of general responsibilities where applicable.
  • Identification and pursuit of business development opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Monitoring the financial health of all projects.
  • Effective communication and retention of key information and data.
Qualifications
  • NEC (3/4) accreditation is preferred.
  • Chartered or qualified status with ICE, APM, RICS, etc., is advantageous.
  • A degree in a construction-related field is highly desirable.
