Infrastructure Project Manager

D.M. Wills Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Municipal Infrastructure Engineering Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering municipal infrastructure projects, including asset management studies, road and utility renewals, stormwater management, and intersection design.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and resolve complex engineering design issues to meet client needs while adhering to policies, practices, and procedures.
- Complete preliminary and detailed design calculations to support engineering recommendations.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
- Develop technical documentation, including letters, reports, drawings, specifications, and construction contract documents.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of proposal submissions, project delivery, and contract administration.
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, theory, and regulations related to the field of work.
- Excellent budget development and financial management skills within the consulting industry.
- Knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act and its application to staff supervision and field work.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects or issues simultaneously.
