Job Description

Milestone Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to join our operations team in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Highway Maintenance and Street Lighting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Highway Maintenance and Street Lighting maintenance teams.
  • Oversee the winter service and emergency call-out process.
  • Lead the contract's behavioural safety programme (It Starts With Me).
  • Ensure area commercial performance meets forecast targets.
  • Manage depot working areas in line with Milestone HS&E policies and procedures and sector regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in highway maintenance and street lighting operations management.
  • Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or equivalent.
  • NRSWA or equivalent.
  • CSCS card holder or equivalent.
