The Senior Account Manager role is critical in ensuring our customers maximize the value they receive from our products and services.

We're dedicated to making our customers successful, and the Account Management team drives that success daily.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client portfolios.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide clients with training, support, and insights on how to effectively use our solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in the development of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and customer success initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our solutions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • ~3-5 years of experience in quota-carrying account management or sales roles.
  • Proven track record managing and growing client accounts while achieving sales targets.
  • ~ Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
