Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, goals, and pain points, driving strategic initiatives that drive long-term success.
  • Proactively manage account health, providing actionable insights, analytics, and recommendations for feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client challenges and feedback, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help clients fully leverage our platform's potential, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Be the client experience champion, building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional project management skills to drive client value.
  • Demonstrate a data-driven mindset, with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities to drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Experience in consulting in commercial insurance is highly desirable.
