About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Success Manager to join our team at Leads.io. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse client base across various industries.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with a portfolio of key client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving account expansion through identifying growth opportunities tailored to their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services, driving revenue growth and increasing the lifetime value of our existing client base.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve any client issues or concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze conversion metrics and provide support to drive an increase in client ROI, understanding the impact of lead receipt to sale.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity relevant to clients, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on account performance and progress, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales, with a track record of revenue growth, expansion, and retention.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with a growth mindset and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
