Position Summary:
As a vital member of our team, you will engage in day shifts at a nurturing Children's Home located in a serene rural area.

- You will organize and facilitate activities that encourage children and young individuals to discover new interests, hobbies, and life skills both within the home and the surrounding community.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to achieve the objectives outlined in the young people's care plans.
- You will comply with established policies, procedures, and legislative standards in your role, continuously striving to stay informed about best practices.
