Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance and Engineering Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a large commercial property.
- As a Building Maintenance and Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out Landlord maintenance, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment.
- You will work closely with sub-contractors to ensure that all maintenance work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Our client is looking for an experienced Building Maintenance and Engineering Specialist with a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. If you have a passion for maintaining complex systems and a commitment to delivering excellent results, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Perform reactive maintenance to resolve equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Work with sub-contractors to ensure that all maintenance work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Experience in building maintenance and engineering.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum
