Job Overview

Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage essential HR administrative duties and processes. This role involves supporting the National HR Manager in executing strategic HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the Recruitment and Selection processes.
  2. Facilitate the Performance Appraisal system.
  3. Manage Training and Development initiatives.
  4. Handle Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters.
  5. Act as a liaison between the organization and the Union & Bargaining Council.
  6. Supervise Payroll Administration.
  7. Administer Employee Benefits and Payroll functions.
  8. Participate in the Employment Equity Committee and assist with related requirements.
  9. Support BBBEE audit processes as necessary.

Additionally, provide assistance to the Divisional HR Manager and General Site Manager with other relevant tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Essential: Diploma / NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 in Human Resource Management
