Job Title: Sales Account Manager IT Hardware

Job Summary:

Thames 360 is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts and driving their expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a designated client portfolio, overseeing order processing and providing precise quotations.
  • Proactively foster client relationships, skilfully closing deals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the broader sales team, contributing to shared targets and ensuring the achievement of individual and collective sales goals.

Requirements:

  • A robust track record in the IT industry, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of IT hardware and networking solutions.
  • Proficient in quoting IT networking solutions/hardware.
  • Familiarity with the intricacies of the IT distribution channel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a professional demeanour.
  • Ideal candidate possesses experience in selling networking hardware from renowned vendors such as HP, IBM, and Cisco.
