Job Summary

The Head of In-room Dining is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the in-room dining team at The Ned. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team of 10 and provide exceptional experiences for our hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the in-room dining team to deliver outstanding service and quality
  • Partner with Executive Chefs to select and create menus for in-room dining
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, rota, payroll, and stocktakes
  • Drive commercial growth and profitability for the department
