Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to customers upon arrival
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct team or individual
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their repairs
  • Regularly update the CRM system with accurate information
  • Assist customers with queries, concerns, or feedback
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing and record updates
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
  • Proficient in basic computer programs, especially Microsoft Office
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to stay positive and professional under pressure
  • Knowledge of automotive services is a bonus but not essential
