We are seeking friendly and helpful individuals to join our Customer Service Contact Centre team at Coventry Building Society. Our fast-paced, team-oriented, and supportive environment is at the heart of our customer service.

This role involves taking calls from customers, providing them with a great service, and giving them updates on their account. You will also be responsible for completing transactions over the phone and dealing with any other questions or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers over the phone
  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
