Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our sales team at Lifecycle Oils. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our used cooking oil collection service, fresh cooking oil deliveries, and grease traps within a particular territory.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for a region of approximately 30 miles radius around one of our Microsite operations.
Key Responsibilities- Actively seek out new sales lead opportunities and build a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Utilize the provided cold data to follow up sales leads and develop them into potential customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our oil products to educate customers on the advantages of our products and ensure they can make informed decisions.
- Understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients and present our supply/collection solutions as the best choice.
- Accountable for the timely and accurate completion of all requirements of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage all aspects of sales leads and customer interactions.
- Closing sales deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ensuring full customer detail is recorded to enable customers to be serviced properly and passed successfully to Customer Services after the first sale.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
- Providing customer/market feedback to the business to ensure our solutions remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.
- Car owner (or willing to acquire) and Driving Licence holder – essential.
- Sales experience in a similar/field-based sales role essential. Experience of the Hospitality sector a significant advantage.
- Confident and with proven capability in working with IT systems. Capable and willing to document activity in systems.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools an advantage.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, results, and goal-driven.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively, but still act as an effective team member of the wider sales team.
