Overview:

FalconSmartIT is in search of a proficient ITSM Functional Consultant to enhance our operations. In this role, you will focus on the implementation, standardization, and enhancement of IT Service Management processes within extensive client frameworks. Your responsibilities will include reengineering current workflows, crafting new methodologies, and working in close partnership with technical teams to guarantee effective process deployment utilizing platforms such as ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive ServiceNow function and process execution
  • Direct functional process rollouts employing Agile practices
  • Facilitate process and tool integration through comprehensive documentation and training
  • Establish KPI metrics and reporting mechanisms
  • Conduct operational training sessions and manage organizational transitions

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in ITIL Functional Process Consulting
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Preferred background in Project Management
  • Capability to assess challenges and devise innovative solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of IT experience, with 6-8 years dedicated to ITIL process consulting
  • Familiarity with Service Management tools, particularly ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated people management abilities
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Experience in performance data evaluation
