IT Service Management Opportunity

Computappoint Limited is seeking a highly motivated and skilled ITSM professional to join their team. As a Change and Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for developing and owning the relationships between the Change and Asset & Configuration Management team and the Service owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering the various change processes, reviewing RFCs, and providing guidance and support to change requesters
  • Continual Service Improvement - Be actively involved in identifying, developing, and implementing service improvements
  • Configuration Management – Develop Process and governance, manage daily exceptions/workload, and Identify potential processes for automation

Requirements:

  • CMDB setup experience
  • SACM Knowledge
  • A broad understanding of the technologies and process needed to run an efficient Change and Asset & Configuration Management function
  • Technical expertise and the ability to apply functional knowledge to complex and diverse situations
  • Experience of working within an ITIL based service delivery model
  • Knowledge of managing performance with internal delivery teams within a service framework, including SLAs and KPIs
  • Strong experience designing and implementing ITSM processes within ServiceNow
  • Have a good working understanding and knowledge of the common tools (MS Office suite, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc) and industry methodologies (ITIL, DevSecOps, Agile, etc)
  • Strong experience aligning ITSM processes to ITIL standards and the business requirements
