Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our solar PV services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business leads and opportunities through effective lead generation, customer targeting, and deal closing.
- Manage and develop a small sales team, ensuring a positive and productive team culture.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including product and pricing optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the solar PV industry is advantageous.
- Competitive salary plus commission package.
