Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Service Support Administrator to join our dynamic team in Egham. This role is pivotal in delivering centralized administrative support to the Service Quality Manager and the Service Support Team.

This position presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Service Support Administrator to contribute to an established operation, with the potential to enhance service delivery at every turn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Quality Manager and Service Support Team in daily operations.
  • Conduct daily reporting for client accounts to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Manage contract administration within the CRM system.
  • Oversee rate card administration in the CRM.
  • Prepare small quotations for additional engineering services as required.
Qualifications:

Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel, demonstrating the ability to manage complex data and reporting tasks effectively.
