The primary location for this role will be our head office, with flexibility for remote work. Key Responsibilities

As a Campaign Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing workflows, ensuring the successful delivery of millions of email and direct mail communications monthly. Your technical and analytical skills will be essential in constructing robust, maintainable, and repeatable marketing campaigns. Attention to detail and accuracy will be paramount, ensuring compliance with the latest data protection regulations while maintaining high standards of campaign output. You will thrive in a dynamic, agile environment, employing best practices to support diverse objectives for our Membership and Fundraising teams. Collaboration with key stakeholders and operational teams will be crucial in enhancing our real-time transactional emails and membership renewal programs, leveraging your expertise in supporter data and communication strategies. You will adeptly apply campaign optimization and measurement techniques, transforming data briefs into sophisticated campaign workflows that incorporate customized segmentation, personalization, and tracking logic. Utilizing data and automation, you will create and sustain personalized campaigns that integrate seamlessly with our digital platforms, while also expanding your knowledge of our marketing automation tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • A solid understanding of customer data and relational database structures
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and coding, including SQL, AMPscript, and HTML

  • Knowledge of data protection legislation and its application in direct marketing
