Job Summary:

Auxato is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing social media campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to create content calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns on LinkedIn for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content calendars, generate ideas, and develop content for social media campaigns
  • Manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Deliver client projects on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management from a healthcare communications agency
  • A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
