Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
  • Work closely with our pre-sales consultant to develop and deliver customized demonstrations and proposals
  • Manage the sales process from lead to close, including contract negotiation and closure

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales of ERP or accounting software to the mid-market
  • Consultative solutions sales approach
  • Ability to develop and maintain an active pipeline of net-new qualified prospects
  • Strong understanding of accounting functions and ability to communicate effectively with financial decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
