Salary: £35,000 plus company vehicle
Overview of the Role
The primary goal of the Facilities Management Account Executive is to cultivate strong collaborative relationships with external partners and internal teams. This role is crucial in ensuring that Biffa maintains a fully compliant operational environment while implementing effective loss prevention strategies to minimize any downtime.
The Facilities Management Account Executive will consistently seek opportunities for performance enhancement and work to establish a unified strategic agenda with suppliers, ensuring that ongoing performance is tracked and improved, risks are mitigated, and costs are optimized.
We are in search of a seasoned Facilities Management Account Executive with a solid background in facilities management, who is eager to make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily operations of both hard and soft services, coordinating the site team and supply chain to achieve contractual targets and objectives.
· Foster customer relationships through regular progress meetings, site inspections, and securing referrals.
· Effectively manage a team of soft and hard services contractors and support staff to maximize company performance.
· Ensure the provision of safe and healthy working conditions while regularly reviewing health and safety policies.
· Operate and maintain the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems to manage planned and reactive tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
· BIFM / NEBOSH Certification (Preferred)
· Demonstrated experience in contract management (Preferred)
· Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
· Excellent organizational capabilities
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Proactive and forward-thinking mindset
· Availability to respond to out-of-hours operational support needs.
