Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Corporate Account Handler, you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, working closely with the Client Executive to ensure seamless interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply insurance knowledge and principles to day-to-day work queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Utilize standard policy wording, extensions, and limitations to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Act as a point of reference with insurers, negotiating and resolving complex issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the different distribution channels, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal colleagues and teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Utilize client applications accurately, including invoicing and maintaining data quality, to ensure efficient and effective account management.
  • Identify opportunities to satisfy client needs with other services and products, collaborating with internal colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Cert CII or working towards, with a strong technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry, particularly commercial insurance.
  • Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Competent user of insurance client systems, with Acturis being an advantage.
  • Ability to ensure stakeholders have the information and tools necessary to make informed and confident decisions.
