Gleeson Recruitment Ltd is working closely with a well-established, multi-site client in the UK, who require a Corporate Credit Controller to join their team on a 1-2 month contract initially.
About the Role:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and maximizing collections to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to resolve queries and ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, resolving any issues efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve queries, raise credit notes, and re-issue invoices as required.
- Update all relevant systems with the status of outstanding invoices and maintain detailed notes on all accounts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in credit control, ideally in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with internal colleagues.
