Job Title: Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our team at CM Consulting. As a key member of our client services offering, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client accounts and increase revenue
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client work
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare communications agency setting
  • At least 12 months' experience in an Account Manager role for AM level applicants
  • Proven track record of business growth and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
