About the Role
Sytner Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join their team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Finance and Insurance department, driving sales growth, and developing the sales team.
About You
We are looking for a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with a strong financial and commercial understanding. You will have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead from the front, and inspire your colleagues to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance and Insurance department to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
