Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Project Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a Facilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management, including lifecycle management, variations, and small works capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the project delivery team complies fully with all health and safety legislation.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with relevant healthcare technical memoranda.
  • Ensure that relevant risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place and available.
  • Ensure that the project delivery team complies with ISS policies in respect of risk assessments, safe systems of work, and competency.
  • Ensure lifecycle planned expenditure is kept up to date and produce a yearly forecast; monthly for the KAM.
  • Maintain effective lines of communication with the hard FM manager, estates compliance manager, hard FM team leaders, and client project manager planning.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable project management experience in delivering lifecycle, variations, and small works capital projects.
  • Qualification in CDM regulations.
  • Knowledge of financial procedures, e.g., preparing KPI, WOR reports.
  • Good experience in commercially aggressive environments - managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex information in order to interrogate data.
  • Good user of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word & Excel and Project.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good levels of numeracy with an ability to understand and assist with budgets.
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare technical memoranda.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualification desirable.
  • Minimum H.N.D in a building services / engineering subject desirable.
