Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facility Specialist to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain our facilities to ensure they are safe, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations.

  • Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.

  • Lead and coordinate facilities-related projects, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facilities operations with business objectives.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring their facilities needs are met promptly and efficiently.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong background in operations and maintenance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in facilities management, such as NFPM or IFMA.
