Senior Facilities Manager

AWE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and compliant operation of our highly regulated estates.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Management: Manage and deliver a workplace environment that meets the needs of our programme demanders, ensuring maximum facility availability every day.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facilities management activities are compliant with relevant regulations and legislation, maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multitask role.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key interface between the facilities team, projects, residents, and other business functions/stakeholders, managing relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a high degree of effectiveness in a multitask role, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales, with a strong focus on health and safety.
- Qualifications: IOSH is a minimum requirement, with NEBOSH preferred (or recognised equivalent Health and Safety qualification).
- Experience: Prior facility, health and safety, and relevant management experience is essential.
- Skills: Ability to drive continuous improvement, maintain a high degree of effectiveness in a multitask role, and make decisions with a high degree of complexity or diversity.
- Competitive Salary: £47,180 (negotiable dependent on relevant experience/qualifications).
