Requirements

  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to build and improve our collection process.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive improvements in the collections process.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to collections.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using collection management systems and software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
