About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Artist to join our team at Trinny London. As a Lead Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert makeup advice, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer to ensure they receive the Trinny London Match2Me experience.
  • Makeup Advice: Provide expert makeup advice and services to customers, staying up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales to meet and exceed targets, working closely with the Business Manager to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
  • Team Leadership: Assist the Business Manager with planning events to increase sales and footfall, motivating and inspiring the team to improve their artistry and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail makeup artist position, ideally within the luxury sector.
  • Skills: Passionate for makeup and skincare, experience with customer relationship management and data capture targets, adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive and can-do attitude, strong communication and mathematical skills, comfortable and motivated by working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs.
